New York Style Salsa connects more with the rhythmic percussive elements in classic salsa music, and can therefore feel more natural to the dancer. Compared to Ballroom this style is more fluid, allows for more freedom of movement and individual interpretation and overall has a more fun and sexy feel.

Salsa workshop - Saturday, March 13
10 - 12 pm or 1 - 3 pm, $25 per person or $40 couples

What to bring: No partner necessary, you will rotate throughout the class. No street shoes are allowed in the classroom, bring a pair of clean bottomed shoes.

Ladies: any shoes with a smooth sole works well, (sneakers or rubber soled shoes prevent you from turning) socks work
