In this level 1 Reiki Class you will gain a better understanding of Reiki and how it came to the United States. You will learn about the founder and its history. You will learn about the many uses and benefits of Reiki and how to treat yourself and others.

Reiki can be learned by anyone. You will receive “attunements” opening you to the Reiki energy frequency.

Pre-Registration required

You will receive a manual, tumbled stones/crystals, a sample of an essential oil, all four level I attunements and a certificate suitable for framing. We will reconvene for 2 hours after approximately 21 days for you to practice Reiki and process the experience. During our follow-up we will discuss your experiences and answer any questions. It is at the follow up that you will receive your certificate.

Instructor: Cindy Paulits of Trinity Reiki and Natural Health. Cindy is a Reiki Master, Reconnection practitioner, a registered nurse and reflexologist.

Level 2 Reiki

You will learn the Reiki Symbols, what they mean and how to use them. You will receive the Level 2 Reiki Attunements. You will also learn how to do Distance Reiki sessions and follow your intuition during a session. This is so that you, the practitioner, can become familiar with your new healing modality and become practiced with its many uses.
